The kids at Montessori on the Rio Grande School spent their spring term talking about and creating solutions for the lack of water in New Mexico this year! The students showed their mentors, Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Priscilla where there had been a pond on their campus, when the school was started. All that is left of the pond now, is the space where the water once was, but when it begins to rain again, the pond will come alive, once more, and plants may spring up from the seeds which the Global Warming Expressers planted and scattered!!
Here are some images from the Global W.E. kids’ spring term!!!
